STS9 Spring Tour Poster

STS9 is doing some shows for charity and the charity asked MikeTysonDesign to do a poster. I did this one on my own with some art direction by Tyson and Allen.
I feel like I directly ripped off a few other artists when I did this poster and I feel like showing you how much I ripped it off, so here are links to the artwork:

These are some extras from the poster. The first illustration just wasn't working in the poster. I think it looks better as a spot illo. The second was something I was going to put in the background, but made it too cluttered.

BYU-Idaho thing...

I did this for the activities magazine for BYU-Idaho. This is the cover for the summer semester. (Shouldn't they be called trimesters now?)
I am supposed to be doing the fall one as well. I'm not sure about the winter cover...

Candace and the baby are doing great. Eva seems to think the baby is her new moving and breathing toy, but at least she is happy to have her.

My new baby girl

I just wanted to tell everyone that is interested that my wife and I just got home from the hospital with our new baby girl, Penelope. I posted some pics on my wife's blog. She is darling, and her big sister (Eva, who is now 2 years old) has paid a lot of attention to her. Eva thought it was hilarious when I changed the baby's diaper. Anyway, we are happy and tired.

Creepy scarf guy and two spots and a teeny weenie little logo

This is a sketch/style that I want for a new poster I am doing with my brother-in-law. My wife says that the guy is too creepy and I need to put cute vampire children. Doesn't sound like too bad of an idea to me. If you have any suggestions for poster ideas, just comment here or send me an email.
