I did this for the activities magazine for BYU-Idaho. This is the cover for the summer semester. (Shouldn't they be called trimesters now?) I am supposed to be doing the fall one as well. I'm not sure about the winter cover...
Awesome Mike! Before I read what you wrote I was wondering why you had the Taylor building in your newest illustration. I get it it now! Sweet! I love to see that you and Brandon have both had this privelage of doing covers. I wish I could be so lucky! :)
I love that they okay'd rolled jeans. Love it. Those aren't shorts. Those aren't capri's. Those are honor code compliant rolled up jeans.
This is great. Makes me want to go back for the summer semester. Can't call them trimesters for one solid reason. No one parent wants to hear their daughter say, "well, I'm half way thru my first trimester, and the general sense of panic and nausea is over."

Pretty stuff!
That's so cool. Typical students... Nothing better to do than lounge around in the sun all day eating watermelon. Good luck with the autumn cover.

awesome.
I totally blanked on the pregnancy aspect of trimesters... and we just had a baby, how crazy is that?
Love it. I'm a huge fan of your drawings.
