I combined a sketch that I had done with a character I had already used (I put him in a space suit) and added some halftone dots to make this. Out of the two versions, I prefer the pink one.
Mike - nice work! I'd have to vote for the Blue. It feels a little more integrated of a design since you've kept the whole analogous color scheme going on throughout the whole piece. By choosing that color scheme, it helps keep the focus on the characters and not on all the design details. The blue helps set them back but still keeps them visible. Really amazing design! Kudos...
wow, well, lets see... I like the color of the blue too, but the pink has a nice clarity, a bit better contrast here and there. The pink one only feels a little too busy for some reason. ? But I like the little guy in pink much better. Pink is ok now. My little girl swims in it, and occasionally our laundry ends up...well, Pink! Not my white shirts thank heavens. Later dude.

absolutely awesome design, mike!
Will thinks its his favorite yet. I like it too man. I'm partial to the blue version, but they're both sweet.
mike, I'm amazed by your designs! Great job once again
