I decided to show how I go about doing an illustration. I did this one just for fun (it is supposed to be a modern day Frodo Baggins). If you are interested, check out how I do stuff. And, if you have any suggestions of better or faster ways to work on photoshop, please leave me a comment or send me an email.

Hey mike-
I like this guy. And even though we spent, like forever together at school I never really saw your process. What was I thinking? I passed up the opportunity to learn from the great Mike Laughead.
Talk to you later!
I have to agree with Brandon about everything. I never saw your process either. (Or Dani's or Brandon's) What were we thinking, We could have learned tons more. Any way it is really interesting to know how you do your pre-computer stuff. I might try somethings like that just for fun.
A bunch of the stuff I do is pretty new. I used to use Illustrator while I was a school so things were pretty different. But I have done the non-phot blue line thing for quite a while.
Why don't you guys post stuff about your processes?
as always nicely done.
its about time you 'fessed up on your process!
I have been praying for this day for like a really long time now. My testimony has increased.

Thanks for sharing your process! I've learned a few things I'm itching to try out :)
Hi Mike,
This is one of the best and most detailed digital illustration process posts I've seen. Very useful! Thanks for going to the trouble!
